Lawyers For Fashionista Want Annulment Of Verdict And Acquittal

As part of its January 14 session, the Court of Appeals will consider the appeal of the "fashionista", who was involved in the Al-Soor accident. After causing the traffic accident that led to the death of two individuals, she was sentenced to three years with hard labor and a year's suspension of her driving license.

Moreover, the court ordered that the civil case be referred to the appropriate department. The defense team of the "fashionista" requested an annulment of the judgment and her acquittal instead in the appeal documents. She was also requested to expedite her trial session by the department's head.

In the case file, the Public Prosecution charged the accused with ten charges, including manslaughter, accident, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding the speed limit, crossing the red light, driving recklessly, driving with invalid insurance, driving without a driver's license, causing damage to other people's property, and damaging public property, among other things.
