Kuwait Warns Citizens In California Over Oroville Dam Collapse

General Consulate in Los Angeles advised Kuwaitis in to follow local instructions issued to avoid the dangers of the possible collapse of Dam, north of the state.In a statement released late Monday, the consulate said it had contacted the California authorities over the safety of Kuwaiti students, after the evacuation of about 200000 people in the dam's surrounding areas.The closest assembly point for Kuwaiti students is at California State University in city, about 50 kilometers from the danger zone, it said, calling for Kuwaitis to call the consulate in case of emergency.
