Kuwait Airport Witnessed The Operation Of 185 Incoming And Outgoing Flights During The First And Second Days Of Eid Al-adha
Abdullah Al-Rajhi, Director of the Air Transport Department at the General Administration of Civil Aviation, confirmed that the department implements all decisions and circulars of the Council of Ministers, and follows all decisions of the health authorities that are in the interest of everyone.
Al-Rajhi added that all incoming flights are only available to citizens and their first-degree relatives, while residents are prohibited from entering the country, except for categories that are excluded by the Ministerial Committee for Corona Emergencies.
He pointed out that Kuwait International Airport witnessed the operation of 185 incoming and outgoing flights during the first and second days of Eid Al-Adha, with the number of passengers reaching nearly 20,000 passengers between departing and arriving.
Al-Rajhi stated that the process of operating flights in the various buildings of Kuwait International Airport was carried out amid great organizational measures by the various authorities operating at the airport.
He pointed out that during the past two days, the airport witnessed a clear revival in air traffic, especially on departure flights, with the majority of travelers wanting to spend the Eid vacation abroad, in search of recreational, tourist and natural places.Â
