Indian Manager To Get Kd 68660 Entitlements

The Fifth Circuit at the Labor Court in Ahmadi chaired by Judge Mahmoud Behbehani ordered a petroleum service company to pay KD68,660 in entitlements to an Indian with the designation of manager. Lawyer Sultan Al-Tawalah with a panel of experts represented his client in court, affirming the plaintiff did not collect delayed salaries worth KD26,230 while his indemnity was calculated at KD20,695. He also said the leave balance monetization was worth KD21,734, urging the court to ensure that his client gets justice by ordering the company to pay the sum.
