• Open the Sahel App on your daughter's device.

• Navigate to the "Khidmaat" section, located as the second option from the bottom on the right-hand side of the app.

• Scroll down and locate "Wazaratul `adl" (Ministry of Justice), which is identified by a completely red background with the ministry's logo in the center.

• Expand this section and select the third option titled "Shahaadatul `Ilaam ar-Rasmiy" to proceed with obtaining the necessary official certificate.  

• After selecting that, a new window will appear prompting you to select the government sector for which you need the certificate. From the dropdown menu, choose the option labeled "Idaaratul Aammah Lishu`oonil Iqaamah," which is typically the fifth option listed. This step ensures that the certificate is processed for the specified government department responsible for residency affairs.

• After selecting the "Irsal" button and making a payment of 1 KD, you'll receive the PDF document instantly. Alternatively, you can check the Notifications section within the Sahel App (represented by the bell icon at the bottom middle) to find the document under the Ministry of Justice logo. 

Important Note: For unmarried status documentation, in addition to the PDF certificate from the court, you'll also require another document confirming that you attest to your daughter's unmarried status. This second document can be obtained from a typing center and must be signed by you (not your daughter). This extra step ensures that all necessary paperwork is complete and valid for official purposes.
