Explosives, Smoke Bombs, And Weapons Found In Manholes

A team of specialists from the General Department of Weapons Investigation has verified that the weapons, explosives, and smoke bombs found in a sewage manhole at a secondary school in Sabah Al-Salem were remnants of the Iraqi invasion, which had been damaged for over three decades.

A report from Al-Anba daily indicates that maintenance work in the sewage manholes uncovered these items, reported the school administration to the Ministry of Interior's Operations Department.

In response to the report, security and investigation personnel rushed to the location and recovered the ammunition in preparation for destruction.
