Despite Bad Weather, A Large Crowd Attends Eid Prayers

Despite the poor weather, a large multitude of worshipers said Eid Al-Fitr prayer in various mosques and the Eidgah around the country early in the morning.

The Eidgah, which was organised by the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, had a big turnout of worshipers as people returned to the holy celebration following a two-year hiatus caused by the Covid epidemic.

 The Ministry of the Interior ensured that worshipers were safe and that traffic flowed smoothly. In addition, firefighters and medical personnel were stationed at all places to deal with any unfortunate situations.
