Csc Aims To Reform Job Registration System In The Public Sector

Civil Service Commission (CSC) is currently studying some recommendations aimed at reforming and developing the main system of registration for jobs in the public sector.

They explained that some citizens who are on top of the employment waiting list are rejecting jobs in ministries and other state institutions, as the current system allows people in the waiting list to do so. However, this leads to many negative consequences.

These people are refusing jobs over and over again due to absence of limit in the number of refusals; this in turn takes away opportunities for other citizens in the list whose need for a job might be more urgent. It sometimes seems apparent that the applicants who refuse job opportunities over and over again are not really seeking a job.

The sources affirmed that, in consideration of the abovementioned situation, it has become necessary to reform the current system.
