Court Acquitted A Kuwaiti Woman And Her Husband

The Misdemeanor Circuit of the Court of First Instance acquitted a Kuwaiti woman and her husband, who were accused of swindling a compatriot by claiming to own a high-profit project called “Productive Farm”. During the court session, the defense counsel Lawyer Hassan Al- Ajmi insisted that the lawsuit does not have any evidences to support the claims of the plaintiff, stressing that the sentences should be based upon facts and not upon suspicions.
