Consumers Cannot Return Purchased Items Within 24 Hours

In the case of a technical problem, the customer has the right to return goods such as jewelry, watches, evening and wedding outfits, glasses, and perfumes within five days of the date of purchase, according to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's "Consumer Protection" department. According to Al-Jarida, unless otherwise specified in the purchase invoice, there is no requirement that the merchandise is returned within 24 hours.
