Cid Have Arrested A Kuwaiti Employee For Forging Salary Certificates
Personnel from the Criminal Investigations Department have arrested a Kuwaiti employee of the Interior Ministry for forging salary certificates of citizens working in the public sector to help them get loans from companies, reports Al- Anba daily. In the details, a security source according to police the employee was charging between KD 300 and KD 500 to forge one certificate. Acting on information, and after taking legal procedures, police raided the home of the suspect and seized from him government seals, a scanner and forged certificates. In another, unrelated incident, the Al-Rai daily said, police have arrested two policemen for colluding with a bedoun (who had been arrested earlier) for committing a similar fraud. After the bedoun was arrested, he reportedly provided information about the two policemen who paid him KD 2,500 each for the forged certificates to help them apply for loans.
