An Expat Sends Seductive Whatsapp Messages To A Woman

An expat was arrested for encouraging a female ex-pat to participate in immoral behaviour. A 32-year-old foreign national reported receiving messages on her WhatsApp number from two distinct phone numbers. She filed a police report with the Jahra police station. The communications were blatant calls to participate in sexual activity. The owner of the phone number from which identical texts were delivered is currently being searched for.
