Zero Deaths From Corona, 4 Cases In Intensive Care

The Ministry of Health announced Tuesday, 30 new Covid-19 infections over the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases registered in the country to 4,113,790.

Al-Rai quoting spokesman of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, said he told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that 20 recovery cases have been recorded, bringing the total number of people recovered from the virus to 410,950 or 99.31 percent of the total number of cases recovered.

Al-Sanad added no new deaths have been reported, bringing the total number of registered deaths to 2,466. He stated that the number of people receiving medical care in the intensive care departments is four, the 374 people who are confirmed infections cases are receiving care, and the total number of people receiving care in wards is 13.

He added 19,246 swab tests were conducted during the same period bringing the total to 5,613,714, noting that the percentage of infections for the number of these swabs amounted to 0.16 percent.
