Traffic Department Collected Kd 75 Million In 2016 As Traffic Fines
The General Traffic Department collected KD 75 million in traffic fines during 2016, local Kuwaiti media reported quoting sources. The daily reported that there was a significant drop in the number of offenses recorded in 2016 until Dec 25. A total of 3.1 million offenses, including 1.6 million direct violations have been recorded. The daily also reported that 406 people died in traffic accidents during the same period as a result of 92,179 traffic accidents.
