This Friday, Cairo Street Road Tunnel No. 2 Will Open

The Public Authority for Roads and Transportation, in collaboration with the General Traffic Department, has announced the opening of Tunnel No. 2 on Cairo Street Road. This new tunnel, located beneath the Third Ring Road, will be available to travelers from Hawalli Square heading towards Kuwait City. The opening is set for dawn on Friday, July 5, 2024, and will benefit the Al-Shaab and Al-Daiya areas.

This initiative aims to enhance traffic flow and alleviate congestion in the region.
