There Is No Transfer Of Residency For Education Workers To The Private Sector, With The Exception Of 4 Groups

 Arabic local newspaper Alrai reported that The Ministry of Education banned the transfer of non-Kuwaiti workers to the private sector, with the exception of 4 categories whose residency is permitted to be transferred, based on a letter it received from the Public Authority for Manpower. The categories were defined as follows:

1- The husbands and children of Kuwaiti women and the wives of Kuwaitis.

2- Born in Kuwait.

3 – The Palestinians are the bearers of documents.

4- Owners of technical professions specialized in the health field for establishments that have licenses to practice medical activities from the Ministry of Health.
