The Return Of Domestic Workers In Batches ... And A Two-week Quarantine

Arabic local newspaper Alqabas reported that An informed source revealed that Minister of State for Services Affairs and Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs Mubarak Al-Haris met shortly before with the leaders of the General Administration of Civil Aviation, and discussed a plan for the return of domestic workers to the country from the 34 banned countries.

The source told that the prudent minister listened to the most prominent initial concepts in the civil aviation plan, which includes the return of workers in batches from nearly 5 countries, adding that the implementation of the plan will be after its approval by the Council of Ministers.

And when the source asked about the date of the return of the workers, he replied that the date of return was not specified, but rather only plans were discussed, explaining that determining the date is up to the Council of Ministers.

The source indicated that the quarantine of domestic workers will be in hotels or quarries for a period of two weeks, which is a mechanism that has not been finally agreed upon as it is within the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, but indications confirm that the quarantaine will be institutionalized.
