According to Al-Anba newspaper, the Ministry of Education has directed expatriate teachers with expired residency cards to attend their respective school districts promptly to renew their resident permits.

When reviewing their employee files, certain educational districts discovered that many expatriate instructors had expired residence permits, according to sources. According to sources, these school districts have instructed the concerned instructors to finish the residency permit renewal processes as soon as possible to prevent legal issues.
