The Kuwaiti Government Ensures Food Price Stability
Fahad Al-Shuraian, the minister of commerce and industry, stressed that the government is fully committed to ensuring food prices remain stable.
Al-Shuraian made this point at the Food Security Conference earlier on Thursday, where he expressed confidence in Kuwait's strategic reserves of fundamental food supplies and in its national institutions, stating that food security in Kuwait is "strong."
According to the Acting Director of the Kuwait Port Authority Bader Al-Enezi, docking and unloading of ships are proceeding according to international standards.
