Teachers And Students Over 16 Years Old Must Have Pcr Tests If Not Vaccinated
Teachers and students aged 16 and above who have not been vaccinated must present a negative PCR test certificate when they return to work or study for the second semester on March 6, 2022.
In exclusive statements to Al-Anba, informed sources claimed the PCR test certificate is required to confirm the teacher/student is virus-free.
According to the sources, the requirement to submit a negative certificate to allow them to enter schools will be implemented unless the government decides to take a different course of action based on the recommendations of the health authorities, given that only teachers and students over 16 who have not been vaccinated will be required to submit the PCR certificate.
It's worth noting that the Council of Ministers introduced health conditions for school attendance for children under the age of 16, as stated in the Council's decision:
1- Cancellation of the weekly PCR test for individuals who have not been vaccinated at the time of attendance.
2- Isolation is restricted to positive or severe cases.
