Pakistan Sent 196 Members Of Expert Medical Team To Kuwait

Pakistan today, Tuesday, dispatched 196 expert medical teams of doctors, nurses and technicians to confront the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

The medical staff includes 41 doctors, 131 nurses and 24 technicians to be distributed to all health facilities in the State of Kuwait.

Kuwaiti Ambassador to the Republic of Pakistan Nassar Al-Mutairi expressed his thanks to the Pakistani government for providing medical assistance to his country.

Al-Mutairi said that "the Kuwaiti-Pakistani relations are solid and unbreakable."

He added that the State of Kuwait will continue to work with the government and people of Pakistan to enhance cooperation to combat the Coronavirus pandemic and to enhance cooperation and development in all sectors.

On July 4, the Ministry of Health signed a cooperation agreement in the health field with the Ministry of Health in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to combat the Corona pandemic.
