New System Will Enable Authorities To Verify Workers Suspicious Documents
The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has requested all government agencies to check the newly-established Ministry of Higher Education website to ensure the authenticity of educational certificates of employees in each establishment including the new recruits, reports Al-Rai daily.
Upon the request of the Ministry of Higher Education, the Civil Service CSC has issued a circular informing the ministries, institutions and government institutions that the ministry has provided an electronic link that allows these institutions to follow the validity of the approval of the equivalence of degrees of foreign certificates to ensure their authenticity, informed sources said.
The sources explained that the system established by the Ministry of Higher Education is linked with all government agencies, where it can have access to details of the employee’s certificate and its source, and whether the certificate was granted by a recognized university or not, noting that the system “will enable the authorities to review all the questionable certificates of its employees easily.”
