Moi Warns About Deportation For Law Breakers During Football Match
In case of celebrations without proper permissions, the Ministry of Interior warns of strict action, including deportation. The final match of the African Nations Cup will take place this evening between the Egypt and Senegal teams.
Several expatriates celebrated Egypt's victory over Cameroon in the African Nations Cup semi-final last Thursday.
Security teams will be deployed tonight in areas where the Egyptian community gathers, such as Farwaniyah, Khaitan, Hawalli and Salmiya.
In addition, security men were instructed to take all legal measures against anyone who violates the law by participating in festive marches that cause traffic obstructions or taking actions that violate public morals or cause traffic jams following sports events.
In order to keep lives and property safe, the sources urged citizens to cooperate with the ministry of interior.
