MoH Shuts Down Private Dentistry Center, Bans One-Day Cosmetic Surgeries

Minister of Health Dr. Ahmad Al- Awadhi ordered the closing a private dentistry center and banned the one-day cosmetic surgeries at a beauty parlor. Minister al-Awadhi has referred the two centers to the Department of Medical Responsibility after finding gross violations of standing medical regulations, according to a ministry’s statement issued on Thursday. The decision indicated that the dentistry center had promoted services without obtaining the necessary permit. The ministry affirmed that inspections of health institutions would continue to ensure adherence to the medical regulations and citizens’ health and wellbeing
