Moh Has Allocated 12 Million Dinars For Excellent Work Rewards
The Ministry of Health has allocated 12 million dinars for excellent work rewards for its employees for the current fiscal year, reports Al-Anba daily.
A circular will soon be issued by Minister of Health, Sheikh Dr Basil Al-Sabah to allow the Undersecretary of the Ministry Dr Mustafa Reda to disburse the ‘excellent work’ rewards for 2019 for all employees who have been nominated by their superiors.
One of the Ministry’s prerequisites for eligibility for excellent work award is the employee should have completed the calendar year from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019, in the Ministry of Health. Other conditions include the evaluation of the employee’s work in 2019, should have not been disciplinary punished during 2019 and must have not exceeded sick leave during 2019 for more than 15 days except in cases of hospitalization.
The excellent work payments will be in accordance with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) rules. The doctors, consultants and department managers each gets 1,500 dinars, pharmacists, technicians and supervisors get 1,300, department heads get 1,000 dinars, the nursing staff 800 dinars and the employees and administrators 400 dinars for assistive and technical jobs
