Kuwait Reports 11 Covid-19 Deaths, 1,497 New Cases

At least 1,497 people have been infected with the coronavirus (COVID-19) over the past 24 hours, taking overall infections to 337,371, Spokesman for the Ministry of Health Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said Saturday.

The number of those recovered from the virus pandemic in the same period hit 1,388, increasing total recoveries to 318,419.

The death toll from the disease rose to 1,862 after registering 11 mortalities in the corresponding period, Al-Sanad noted.
