Knpc Announced First Corona Infection For An Indian Worker

The Kuwait National Petroleum Company announced the discovery of the first coronavirus infection for one of its Indian worker. The worker is belonging to a contracting company working for the company's projects, KNPC officials informed in its official twitter account.

The official said that the medical clinic at the site transferred the suspected worker to Al-Adan Hospital, where tests showed that he was infected with the virus.

He added, "The company stopped work on the whole project until the completion of the process of investigating the contacts of the affected worker, and conducting the necessary checks to check on their health."
