From Thursday, Expats Must Clear Ministry Of Justice Payments Before Traveling

The Ministry of Interior will enforce collection of expatriates' debts to the Ministry of Justice starting Thursday, September 7th. Ministry of Interior announced that this activation would start from Thursday.

According to this, every foreigner who wishes to leave the country, whatever the reason for leaving, must pay the debts owed to him, through the website of the Ministry of Justice or through the "Sahel" application.

Any traffic fines, pending electricity payments, and telecommunication payments must also be cleared before leaving the country by expats.
