Driving Licence For A Graphic Designer

I am a graphic designer in a multinational company in Kuwait since 2015. I earn about KD 400 a month including allowance. I am a graduate and visa renewed again for two more years very recently. I hold an Indian government driving licence. I have a degree certificate attested by the Kuwait embassy in India. Is it possible to get a Kuwait driving licence, regards.

Answer: Unfortunately your monthly salary of KD 400 falls below the minimum KD 600 required inter alia to be issued with a driving licence. The minimum required amount must be refl ected in your work permit and no matter the amount of allowances you get, this has no bearing when it comes to the acquisition of a driving licence. Also note that your Indian government driving licence can play no role visa-a-vis acquiring a Kuwaiti driving licence.
