Al-Khashti added: “What has been achieved now is the result of tireless and sincere efforts made to automate the various business and activities of the bank. The bank initiated more than 5 years ago to construct a strong, solid and solid technological infrastructure to complete all transactions electronically through electronic messaging techniques and based on a complex network to connect with all parties The relevant bodies, in cooperation with commercial banks based on the cooperation protocols agreed upon by the two parties, respond to all the needs of the customers smoothly and without the need to review any of the bank's branches themselves, and the rule has proven its success and effectiveness with the emergence of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
She stated that the Corona crisis proved the foresight and vision of the executive management at the bank, which launched its strategic project for electronic transformation long ago, and emphasized that investing in the information and communication technology sector was a pioneering and proactive step on the right path and anticipating the future with a prudent look. The institutions that have succeeded in testing technology - at the forefront of which are the Kuwait Credit Bank - have not faced any problems at work during the crisis, as they continued to provide their services at the same level, taking into account the preventive measures, and they did not experience any interruption or interruption.
Al-Khashti confirmed that the bank spent nearly 60 million Kuwaiti dinars during the Corona pandemic (covid-19).
