Covid-19 Vaccination Rate Is 83%

According to Kuwait's Health Ministry, 3.2 million of the country's inhabitants are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or 83.6 per cent.

According to Al Jarida, the Kuwaiti health ministry's figures show that 3.4 million people in Kuwait have already been vaccinated against the disease.

A total of 1 million people in Kuwait received the booster shots, according to the report.

People aged 16 and over in Kuwait are able to receive booster shots six months after receiving their second dose.

People aged 40 and older can receive booster shots at all vaccination centers without an appointment.

A significant decline in infection rates in Kuwait has led the Kuwaiti government to lift most anti-coronavirus restrictions.

Malls, cinemas, and theatres allow unvaccinated people entry if their PCR results are negative.

In compliance with health requirements, social gatherings are also allowed in indoor and outdoor places, as well as the use of public transportation. In mosques, physical separation is no longer required.
