26 April 2017 Crime News

The Civil Court ordered a company to pay KD 32,000 compensation for failure to complete the deal for selling an apartment in the United Arab Emirates.

According case files, the plaintiff signed an agreement with the company to buy an apartment in the UAE for KD 26,000. He paid the amount requested for the purchase but the company did not deliver the apartment despite repeated requests to do so.

This prompted the plaintiff’s lawyer, Attorney Mohammad Hamza, to send a written warning to the defendant to deliver the apartment. After a long wait without any response, the lawyer filed a case on behalf of his client demanding for additional compensation for damages.
