Coronavirus Cases Discovered In Pam Departments

06 August 2020 Coronavirus

There was a spike in the number of coronavirus infected workers in the various departments of the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM), but this did not affect the workflow, reports Al Qabas daily.  PAM has assigned a team to continuously monitor and perform periodic checks on the health of the employees to ensure their safety, and to make sure the work cycle is not affected by any potential infection.

The Director General of PAM, Ahmad Al-Mousa, informed the services department and officials that in the event of discovering an infection among employees or workers in the departments, there is a need to isolate the infected, and then sterilize the department, and continue work without disrupting transactions or appointments.

The majority of the infected were discovered during the Eid al-Adha holidays, and departments were subject to sterilization, while only the Ahmadi department was closed for two days.

The general situation in the departments proceeded as normal with no problems and no affect on the work, as there are still appointments listed, and transactions are being followed up via online continuously.
