Corona Emergency Committee To Discuss Easing Restrictions

The Ministerial Corona Emergency Committee will hold a meeting today, Sunday to discuss the latest developments related to the epidemiological situation in the country.

The committee will review reports on the curve of injuries, recovery and death rates, and admission to intensive care, as well as recommendations to ease some restrictions as the epidemiological condition continues to prove, Al Qabas daily reported.

Informed sources said to the daily that the committee will make recommendations related to extending working hours in the complexes and a mechanism for dealing with the expected increase in the movement of arrivals in the country, implementation of the Cabinet’s decision to allow non-Kuwaitis to enter the country from August 1.
