Corona Emergency Committee Meets To Discuss Latest ‘omicron’ Developments

The Ministerial Committee for Corona Emergencies held a meeting at Bayan Palace today, Sunday, to discuss the latest epidemiological situation at the local, regional and international arena about the new Corona virus mutant ‘Omicron’.

Al-Jarida quoting the Kuwait News Agency said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Committee Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah, discussed the latest reports received from the concerned government agencies regarding the health situation in the country.

The committee also listened to a detailed explanation given by Minister of Health Sheikh Dr. Basil Al-Hamoud Al-Sabah and the latest update on the epidemiological situation in the State of Kuwait.
