Cops Solves Filipina's Murder Case
Kuwaiti Police was finally able to solve a five-month old murder mystery, which sent shockwaves across the country. The police arrested an illegal Sri Lankan national who allegedly slit the throat of a Flipina woman and set her body on fire.
The police found her cabonised body inside a charred car which was abandoned in the area between Jleeb Al-Shaikh Abdulla Mubarak.
He admitted to slitting the throat of the woman, with the help two other Pakistanis in Al-Hassawi district.
The body was discovered by police eight days after it was dumped.
Investigation revealed that the killer forced the Filipina into a prostitution racket and later tried to get rid of her after getting to know that she became pregnant and was in her third month of pregnancy.
According to report, the Sri Lankan, who worked at Al-Sabah Hospital, gave her the Filipina abortion pills to get rid of her fetus which was conceived out of wedlock. However, the abortion pills did not work.
The woman suffered serious complications which led the gang of pimps to conspire for her murder.
