15 May 2020 Coronavirus

According to Alqabas Cooperative societies have become hotspots of Covid 19  in recent days, as within 24 hours, 101 infections of  employees of Mubarak Al-Kabir, Shamiya and Al-Daiya associations were recorded, after taking smears earlier from their employees and their contacts.

Fear and terror of catching the infection become owned by citizens and residents when they visit these associations to shop according to prior dates booked through the barcode.

While the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Association and Al-Qurain confirmed that 43 employees were infected, the Al-Daiya Association announced that 37 employees were found to be infected, and the Shamiya and Shuwaikh Association confirmed the registration of 21 cases, where it was decided to close the central markets of the associations to sterilize them, and take smears from all workers to ensure their safety.

In this context, Al-Qabas learned that the results of the smears taken by the preventive health team in Adailiya showed that the citizens of the region were free of Corona. Informed sources said that the Adailiya Association initiative to examine the residents of the region, which included more than 420 samples and swabs, revealed that only 6 people were injured in the area, all of whom were residents, and the necessary procedures were followed and their quarantine. The sources added that work and coordination is underway to reopen the association's central market and secure foodstuffs by delivering orders to homes instead of receiving shoppers to avoid any other injuries.
