Citizenship Is Not A Matter For The Kuwaiti Top Court

Kuwait's top court, in a ruling on Sunday, declared citizenship and naturalization issues outside its jurisdiction, because the issues are inherently connected to national sovereignty and justice. According to Kuwait's highest court, the Court of Cassation has no jurisdiction over citizenship cases.
