Assembly Speaker Has Denied Rumors About Resignation Of The Government

National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim has denied rumors spread on social networking sites about the resignation of the government. “Unfortunately, we have been accustomed to baseless rumors,” Al-Ghanim stressed in a press statement at the Assembly on Tuesday.

He confirmed the attendance of many ministers in the meetings of parliamentary committees, reiterating the rumors are groundless. He hopes these rumors will be ignored and that information for publication should be taken from reliable sources.
