41,100 Traffic Violations Issued Last Week
General Traffic Department (GTD) embarked on several traffic campaigns in all six governorates last week and issued 41,100 violations for various traffic offenses, impounded 1,939 vehicles and 6 motorbikes. They also referred 86 people to detention and deported 25 expatriates for driving without license. The Department affirmed that campaigns will continue in all governorates 24/7 to curb traffic violations and protect citizens and expatriates.
