40 Million Dinars Were Paid For Laila Gallery

A local investor purchased the Laila Gallery commercial complex located on Salem Al Mubarak Street in the Salmiya area from Bukhamseen Holding Group for a deal worth 40 million dinars, reports Al-Qabas.

The exit from the Laila Gallery complex, which has shops and offices, which stands on 6,407 square meters, has no impact on the group, according to a source familiar with the deal. The Bu Khamseen Group is expanding its geographical footprint and diversifying its income sources by entering into new investments.
