The sources stated that about 350 thousand people activated the application of my identity while they were outside the country after renewing civil cards through the automatic system of the Civil Information Authority. She indicated that the authority is considering adding the category of children under 5 years old to the application of my identity, as happened recently with the category of domestic workers, who can now benefit from the application services.

Large and wide in the field of developing civil card systems in conjunction with electronic governance, carried out by state agencies and applications used to conduct transactions faster without the need for personal review and bringing documents. Regarding the priority, the sources pointed out that the issuance of the card for all groups now takes only a few hours, and its owner can receive it on the same day or the next day, with the exception of Article 18 for workers in the private sector, while the application of my identity has become a substitute for the original civil card in transactions And others, no one has a problem now.

Al-Asousi said, in a press statement, today, that the electronic link between the authority and the Ministry of Justice and the adoption of the application of my identity as an official source to prove announcements electronically, and to facilitate the process of reporting the judicial announcement electronically, contribute to preserving the confidentiality of information and providing confidence in documented information, and that will contribute greatly In the speed of litigation procedures. He mentioned that the authority has updated the application of my identity on all systems of smart devices, so that citizens and residents can receive electronic announcements issued by the Ministry of Justice through the application directly.
