318 Expats Arrested During Security Campaign

Various security campaigns were conducted by the Ministry of Interior in various governorates of the country, resulting in the arrest of 318 of those who violated the residency law and those who were wanted for various crimes.

Additionally, 1,382 traffic violations were issued through the campaigns, and vehicles that were judicially wanted were confiscated.

A number of locations were visited during the campaign, including Jahra, Al-Jahra Industrial Area, Qurain Markets, Fahaheel, Mahboula, and Ardiya Industrial Area.

The security check was conducted by cordoning off the entrances and exits of the areas where there are a large number of lawbreakers. Several of them were arrested for having expired visas, violating labour laws, and having expired visit visas.
