3 Indian Officers Were Fired For Accidentally Shooting Missiles Into Pakistan In March

According to the Indian Air Force, three officers were fired on Tuesday after a missile was mistakenly fired into Pakistan in March.

According to the air force, a Court of Inquiry set up to determine the facts of the case and pinpoint responsibility determined that three officers had violated Standard Operating Procedures that caused the missile to be accidentally fired.
