2 Women Dead And 3 Sustained Injuries When Two Vehicles Collided On 6th Ring Road

Two elderly women of GCC nationality died and three individuals sustained injuries when two vehicles collided on Sixth Ring Road opposite Saad Al-Abdullah area. When the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about the accident, securitymen, firefighters and paramedics rushed to the location to discover two elderly women were trapped inside one of the vehicles. They were pulled out of the vehicle to discover they sustained serious injuries and fractures. Paramedics rushed them to the nearest hospital but all attempts to save them had failed and they eventually succumbed to the injuries. Three other victims who had sustained injuries were also referred to the nearest hospital for treatment. The two vehicles were removed from the road and the traffic was organized. Investigations have been launched to determine the cause of the accident.
