15 Bangladeshis, Indian And A Kuwaiti Citizen Were Injured In Accident
Some 15 Bangladeshis, an Indian and a Kuwaiti citizen were injured when a bus toppled on Abdali Motorway.
Eight of the victims who sustained severe injuries were referred to Jahra hospital by ambulance, indicating they could not be airlifted due to bad weather. Meanwhile, four people sustained various degrees of injuries in a traffic collision on the Salmi Motorway opposite Jahra cemetery.
One of them was trapped inside his vehicle after the incident. Acting on information, a team of securitymen, paramedics and firemen was dispatched to the location by the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry. Upon arrival, firemen used special equipment to cut and remove the person trapped inside the vehicle. All injured people were referred to Jahra Hospital via ambulance.
