In order to limit violators of the residency law and other laws, the deportation department of the General Department of Correctional Facilities deported approximately 12,000 male and female expatriates during August, September, and October, according to security sources.

In October, the department deported about 4,300 males and females, some of whom violated public morals, some of whom violated residency and labor laws, and others who were marginal workers and absconders.

As a result, all sectors of the Ministry of Interior will continue to conduct security campaigns.

All security patrols from the Public Security, Rescue, and Traffic sectors have been deployed to arrest violators of the residency law from all locations.

Moreover, the General Department of Residency Affairs Investigation launched major security campaigns throughout the country to find and deport violators of the residency law, abscondees, and wanted persons.

As a result of violating the rules and laws, a deported person cannot return to the country again.

According to sources, the Residency Affairs Investigation Department follows direct instructions from the Ministry of Interior to arrest violators.

In the month of October, about 12,000 males and females were deported by the Deportation Department, bringing the total to about 7,685 in the past months of September and August. This is part of the major efforts exerted by the Ministry of Interior’s security sectors. Deportation Department officials are working rapidly to expedite the deportation procedures for violators.
