‘sarayat’ Season In Kuwait; Transition From Winter To Summer

Head of Weather Forecasting Department in Kuwait Meteorological Center Dherar Al-Ali said the weather will be partly cloudy and hot especially around noon time, and then moderate at night with a chance of rain. 

He explained that the wind direction will change to southeasterly and will be light, with speed ranging between 10 km/hr and 45 km/hr. There is a possibility for rising dust particularly in open areas. 

The waves will be low to medium with altitude ranging between 2 and 6 feet. Al-Ali affirmed that this season, which is locally known as “Sarayat”, is the transition from winter season to summer season.
