The Return Of Normal Life.. For The Vaccinated
In a step that paves the way for a return to openness and normal life, especially for those who are vaccinated against “Corona” in the country, the Council of Ministers canceled yesterday its previous decision regarding closing hours for commercial activities at 8 pm, deciding to open all activities as they were before the pandemic with controls for the immune, except for gatherings of all kinds, including Holding conferences, weddings and social events, starting today.
Emphasizing that vaccination against “Corona” represents the way towards coexistence and a return to normal life, the Council decided to allow the vaccinated people only to enter all the various activities, provided that the non-vaccinated people are allowed to enter some facilities such as: pharmacies, cooperative societies, parallel markets, and food and catering shopping outlets. Starting next Sunday, August 1st.
In confirmation of what was published by Al-Qabas on the 11th and 25th of this month regarding the opening of new travel destinations and direct flights to Morocco and the Maldives, the Cabinet decided to allow direct flights to Morocco and the Maldives starting next Sunday.
Al-Qabas learned that the equipment operating at Kuwait International Airport is in the process of preparing to schedule departing and incoming flights, initially with two flights to Morocco and one to the Maldives per week.
With regard to the return of direct flights between Kuwait and Egypt, the head of the Government Communication Center, the official spokesman for the government, Tariq Al-Mazram, confirmed in a press conference after the meeting, that no decision has been taken in this regard so far.
With regard to the opening of children's activities, the Council stressed that it will allow the opening of all activities for children, starting from Wednesday, September 1.
