The Pam Adds A Labor Complaints Service To Sahel
The Public Authority for Manpower has integrated the labor complaints inquire service to the unified government application of electronic services "Sahel," according to Youssef Kazem, the official spokesman for the program.
According to Kazem, who spoke to a local Arabic daily on Thursday, the new service allows any individual registered as a private-sector worker, "citizen or resident," who has filed a complaint against the company where he or she works to inquire about the status of the complaint through the application.
He thanked PAM for the efforts it has made through "Sahel" to save time and effort for the people who use its services.
It's worth noting that "Sahel" is a unified government program that was introduced in mid-September with the goal of improving the efficiency and speed with which government transactions and operations are completed, as well as allowing its users to conduct their transactions online.
